Create a quote from a lead
Open a lead and click 'Create quote'. You land in the quote editor with line items on the left and a live PDF preview on the right. Adjust descriptions, quantities and prices, add lines or remove them.
VAT inclusive or exclusive
The 'Prices include VAT' switch decides whether VAT is added on top of the line prices or already included. Subtotal, VAT and total are calculated correctly automatically.
Your quote template
In Settings → Quotes you set your company and legal details (chamber of commerce, VAT number, IBAN), default texts, validity period and numbering. That pre-fills every new quote. Set your standard cover email there too.
Send or download
Click 'Send' to email the quote as a PDF to your customer, with a cover message you can adjust. Prefer to send it yourself? Download the PDF. Sent quotes get the 'sent' status and stay linked to the lead.
